Lorenzkopf is 2701 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 0.5 km northeast of peak Bratschenkopf. The nearest mountain hut is Gleiwitzer Hütte, located 3km north-northwest. A little further is Bichl Alm. 2 km south-southwest from the summit there is glacier Walcher Kees, 4 km south-southwest from the summit there is also glacier Sandbodenkees. The peak is located north-northwest of the valley Käfertal.
