Nebelkareck is 2535 meter high peak with a cross located in the Lower Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 4 km north-northwest of peak Marchkareck. The nearest mountain hut is Kreealm Bichlhütte, located 2km west. A little further is bivouac Albert-Biwak. 6 km north-northwest of the peak there is lake Tappenkarsee. 9 km southwest from the summit there is glacier Kesselkees. South-southwest of the summit is the valley Kleinelendtal.
