Mannlkarscharte is a saddle at an altitude of 2814 meters in the Zillertal Alps. The saddle is located 1.1 km west-southwest of peak Rosskopf. The nearest mountain hut is Zittauer Hütte, located 1.8km north. A little further is bivouac Neugersdorfer Hütte. 1.5 km north of the saddle there is lake Unterer Gerlos See. 3 km northeast from the saddle there is glacier Weißkarkees, 3 km west-southwest from the saddle there is also glacier Zillerkees. The saddle is located above the valley Wildgerlostal.
