Riffelhöhe is 2694 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 1.0 km north of peak Herzog-Ernst-Spitze. The nearest mountain hut is Niedersachsenhaus, located 1.1km northeast. And Bockhartseehütte is also close by. 5 km south of the peak there is lake Weißsee. 2 km south-southeast from the summit there is glacier Mölltaler Gletscher, 3 km southeast from the summit there is also glacier Schapperebenkees. The peak is located north-northeast of the valley Zirknitztal.
