Description:
Schumetzkogel is 1803 meter high peak in the Lavanttal Alps. The peak is located 4 km southeast from the center of Lölling and 5 km east-northeast from the center of Oberwietingberg. The nearest mountain hut is Weissbergerhütte, located 3km south-southwest. A bit closer is Guttaringer Hütte, which is located 0.7km to the northeast. The peak is located east-southeast of the valley Görtschitztal.
