Schmiereck

Description:
Schmiereck is 1308 meter high peak and is part of the Prealps East of the Mur. The peak is located 5 km east-southeast from the center of Hollersbach and 6 km north from the center of Gasen. The nearest mountain hut is Teufelsteinhütte, located 6km east-northeast. A little further is bivouac Engelbert Mautner Hütte. The peak is located south-southwest of the valley Glawockengraben.
