Großlammer is 988 meter high peak in the Prealps East of the Mur. The peak is located 1.7 km south-southeast from the center of Sölsnitz and 3 km northeast from the center of Graschnitzgraben. The nearest mountain hut is Ottokar-Kernstock-Haus, located 6km south-southwest. A little further is bivouac Hocheggers Holzknechthüttn. Northeast of the summit is the valley Glawockengraben.
