Kleefelder Kopf is 2714 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 5 km southeast from the center of Krimml and 5 km south from the center of Vorderkrimml. The nearest mountain hut is Berndlalm, located 4km east-southeast. Niederalm is a bit further away. 6 km south-southeast from the summit there is glacier Kl. Jaidbachkees, 6 km west-southwest from the summit there is also glacier Weißkarkees. The peak is located east of the valley Krimmler Achental.
