Kleiner Seekopf is 1182 meter high peak and is part of the Mürzsteg Alps. The peak is located 2 km west from the center of Mürzsteg and 6 km west from the center of Krampen and 5 km east-northeast of peak Großer Wildkamm. The nearest mountain hut is Grundbauerhütte, located 4km south-southeast. A little further is Waldbauer (Jagdhütte). East of the summit is the valley Innerer Krampengraben.
