Totschnik is 1046 meter high peak located in the Karawanks mountain range. The peak is located in country Austria 3 km east-southeast from the center of Sielach/Sele and 4 km west-southwest from the center of Podrain/Podroje. The nearest mountain hut is Wackendorfer Alm, located 5km east. A little further is Petzenstall. 9 km northwest of the peak there is lake Turnersee. South of the summit is the valley Logarska dolina.
