Description:
Schöneck is 2541 meter high peak with a registration box and a cross located in the Lower Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 3 km south-southeast of peak Kaiserspitze. The nearest mountain hut is Moarhütte, located 4km southeast. Closer is Obere Bacheralm, which is located 2km to the west-southwest. East-southeast of the summit is the valley Rantengraben.
