Romariswandkopf-Nordwestgipfel is 3491 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 0.2 km west-northwest of peak Romariswandköpfe. The nearest mountain hut is Stüdlhütte, located 4km south-southeast. Closer is bivouac Glocknerbiwak, which is located 2km to the east-southeast. 7 km east-southeast of the peak there is lake Sandersee. 0.9 km west from the summit there is glacier Laperwitzkees, 1.5 km south from the summit there is also glacier Fruschnitzkees.
