The nearest mountain hut is Alpenrose, located 4km north-northeast. A little further is Goldschmiedhütte. 4 km south-southeast from the summit there is glacier Untersulzbachkees, 6 km east-southeast from the summit there is also glacier Nördliches Viltragenkees. The peak is located west of the valley Habachtal.
