Viehhauseralm is a mountain hut at an altitude of 1620 meters located in the High Tauern mountain range. The mountain hut is located 3 km south of peak Silberpfennig. The nearest peak is Seekopf, which is located 2km severozahodno. 6 km south-southwest of the mountain hut there is lake Weißsee. 4 km south-southwest from the mountain hut there is glacier Schapperebenkees, 4 km southwest from the mountain hut there is also glacier Mölltaler Gletscher. Southwest of the mountain hut is the valley Zirknitztal.
