Mali vrh is 792 meter high peak. The peak is located 4 km southeast of peak Ljubljanski vrh. The nearest mountain hut is Zavetišče na Planini nad Vrhniko, located 10km northwest. A bit closer is hunting cottage Lovska koča v Prangerju, which is located 5km to the southwest. North of the summit is the valley Ljubljansko barje. The peak is located on the ridge Menišija.
