Trinški vrh / Monte Piatto cima est is 1138 meter high peak located in the Julian Alps mountain range. The peak is located 5 km southwest of peak Mrzli vrh and južno above the mountain pasture Planina Bant near the border with Italy. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Casoni Solarie, located 0.8km south-southeast. A little further is bivouac Bivacco Giuseppe Zanuso. East-southeast of the summit is the valley Baška grapa. The peak is located Catena del Monte Colovrat.
