Črni vrh is 1751 meter high peak located in the Karawanks mountain range. The peak is located on the border between the country of Slovenia and the country of Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Bertahütte, located 4km east. A bit closer is Mitzl-Moitzl Hütte, which is located 1.6km to the west-northwest. South of the summit is the valley Vrata.
