Rožmanski vrh is 452 meter high peak. The peak is located 5 km north-northeast of peak Špica. The nearest mountain hut is Zavetišče na Planini nad Vrhniko, located 5km south-southwest. A little further is hunting cottage Lovska koča (pod Malo Grmado). The peak is located northwest of the valley Ljubljansko barje.
