Resenik is 412 meter high peak located in the Karawanks mountain range. The peak is located 1.2 km southeast from the center of Kale and 1.7 km south from the center of Ponikva pri Žalcu. The nearest mountain hut is Planinski dom Šentjungert, located 6km east. bivouac Bivak na Kamniku (brez ležišč) is a bit further away. The peak is located south-southwest of the valley Mislinjski jarek.
