Napotnikov vrh is 400 meter high peak located in the Karawanks mountain range. The peak is located 2 km northeast of peak Skorno. The nearest mountain hut is Planinski dom na Gori Oljki, located 8km south-southeast. A little further is hunting cottage Trsojca. 3 km east-southeast of the peak there is lake Družimirsko jezero. The peak is located west-southwest of the valley Mislinjski jarek.
