Telepčev vrh is 590 meter high peak located in the Karawanks mountain range. The peak is located 5 km north-northeast of peak Skorno. The nearest mountain hut is Poštarski dom pod Plešivcem, located 8km north. Closer is hunting cottage Trsojca, which is located 6km to the west-northwest. 5 km south-southeast of the peak there is lake Družimirsko jezero. East-northeast of the summit is the valley Mislinjski jarek.
