Tolsti vrh is 1077 meter high peak. The peak is located 2 km north from the center of Jeronim and 3 km west-southwest from the center of Čreta pri Kokarjah. The nearest mountain hut is Dom planincev na Farbanci, located 1.5km north-northeast. A little further is hunting cottage Lovska koča na Bezovcu. Northwest of the summit is the valley Robanov kot and a marked path leads to the top.
