Brinov hrib is 450 meter high peak located in the Kamnik Savinja Alps mountain range. The peak is located 1.6 km east-northeast from the center of Gornji Grad and 2 km west from the center of Otok. The nearest mountain hut is Dom na Menini planini, located 4km south. A little further is bivouac Bivak na Kalu. West-northwest of the summit is the valley Robanov kot.
