Mirkačev vrh is 798 meter high peak located in the Karawanks mountain range. The peak is located 1.0 km north of peak Metulov vrh. The nearest mountain hut is Dom na Paškem Kozjaku, located 7km southeast. A little further is hunting cottage Lovska koča L.D. Golavabuka. 7 km southwest of the peak there is lake Družimirsko jezero. East-northeast of the summit is the valley Mislinjski jarek.
