Repnikov vrh is 642 meter high peak located in the Karawanks mountain range. The peak is located 1.4 km south-southwest from the center of Graška Gora and 2 km north-northeast from the center of Škale. The nearest mountain hut is Dom na Paškem Kozjaku, located 6km east-southeast. A little further is hunting cottage Lovska koča L.D. Golavabuka. 5 km southwest of the peak there is lake Družimirsko jezero. East-northeast of the summit is the valley Mislinjski jarek.
