Artvigov vrh is 679 meter high peak located in the Karawanks mountain range. The peak is located 2 km northeast from the center of Zavodnje and 2 km east-southeast from the center of Razbor. The nearest mountain hut is Poštarski dom pod Plešivcem, located 6km north-northwest. Closer is hunting cottage Trsojca, which is located 5km to the west. East of the summit is the valley Mislinjski jarek.
