Grive is 893 meter high peak located in the Julian Alps mountain range. The peak is located 1.5 km west from the center of Stržišče and 1.6 km northeast from the center of Rut. The nearest mountain hut is Dom Zorka Jelinčiča, located 3km northeast. A little further is hunting cottage Lovska Koča Ventije. The peak is located north-northwest of the valley Baška grapa.
