Čofatijev vrh is 1606 meter high peak located in the Karawanks mountain range. The peak is located 8 km northeast from the center of Solčava and 8 km west from the center of Črna na Koroškem and 4 km southwest of peak Kordeževa glava. The nearest mountain hut is Planinski dom na Peci, located 4km east-northeast. A little further is Petzenstall. South-southwest of the summit is the valley Robanov kot.
