Dretnikov vrh is 1055 meter high peak located in the Karawanks mountain range. The peak is located 1.3 km east-southeast of peak Kavšakov vrh. The nearest mountain hut is Izletniška Kmetija Smerčnik-Gorza, located 4km southwest. A little further is hunting cottage Suško. West-southwest of the summit is the valley Robanov kot.
