Zagaj is 486 meter high peak located in the Karawanks mountain range. The peak is located 1.1 km east-northeast from the center of Slatina and 1.7 km east from the center of Pletovarje. The nearest mountain hut is Planinska postojanka PD Dramlje, located 2km west-southwest. A little further is bivouac Lovska koča Štepih. North-northwest of the summit is the valley Mislinjski jarek.
