Sella dei Frugnoni is a saddle at an altitude of 2534 meters located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The saddle is located on the border between the country of Italy and the country of Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Obstansersee-Hütte, located 1.3km northeast. A little further is bivouac Unterstand Obstanser Boden. The saddle is located above the valley Winkler Tal.
