Hoher Rosshuf is 3199 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located on the border between the country of Italy and the country of Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Kleine-Philipp-Reuter-Hütte, located 2km south. A little further is bivouac Neugersdorfer Hütte. Southwest from the summit there is glacier Windtalkees, 0.8 km west-northwest from the summit there is also glacier Westliches Kerrakees. The peak is located south of the valley Krimmler Achental.
