The peak is located 7 km west-southwest from the center of Cave del Predil and 9 km south from the center of Valbruna/Ovčja vas and 1.8 km south-southwest of peak Jôf Fuart. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Guido Corsi, located 1.5km northeast. And Bivacco Luca Vuerich is also close by. South of the summit is the valley Krnica.
