Äußere Grüne Platte - Monte Corno di Fuori is 2800 meter high peak and is part of the Zillertal Alps. The peak is located 5 km northwest from the center of Weißenbach - Riobianco and 7 km north-northeast from the center of Oberlappach. The nearest mountain hut is Chemnitzer Hütte - Rifugio Porro, located 4km southwest. A little further is Alpenverein Ahrntal. 1.8 km west from the summit there is glacier Trattenbachkees - Vedretta di Dentro, 2.0 km north from the summit there is also glacier Hornkees. The peak is located south-southeast of the valley Zemmgrund.
