Innere Hohe Warte (Sauspitze) is 2843 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 0.8 km west-northwest of peak Sauspitzl. The nearest mountain hut is Lenkjöchlhütte - Rifugio Giogo Lungo, located 2km south. bivouac Neugersdorfer Hütte is a bit further away. 6 km northwest of the peak there is lake Eissee. 1.3 km east-northeast from the summit there is glacier Östliches Kerrakees, 2 km east-northeast from the summit there is also glacier Äußeres Lahner Kees - Vedretta di Lana. The peak is located north of the valley Schwarzachtal.
