Zillerspitze

Description:
Zillerspitze is 3092 meter high peak in the Zillertal Alps. The peak is located 10 km north from the center of Predoi and 11 km south-southwest from the center of Krimml. The nearest mountain hut is Plauener Hütte, located 2km southwest. A little further is bivouac Neugersdorfer Hütte. 3 km north-northeast of the peak there is lake Unterer Gerlos See. 2 km west-northwest from the summit there is glacier Zillerkees, 3 km northwest from the summit there is also glacier Schönachkees. The peak is located northeast of the valley Zillergründl.
