Monte Pacoi is 1068 meter high peak located in the Julian Alps mountain range. The peak is located 3 km north of peak Monte Plauris. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Grauzaria, located 11km north-northwest. A bit closer is bivouac Ricovero Elio Franz, which is located 2km to the southwest. West-northwest of the summit is the valley Valle del But.
