Hochgräntenjoch - Sella di Nemes is a saddle at an altitude of 2429 meters located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The saddle is located on the border between the country of Italy and the country of Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Rinfreddo, located 3km south-southeast.
