II. Hornspitze - Corno di Ghega is 3199 meter high peak in the Zillertal Alps. The peak is located on the border between the country of Italy and the country of Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Schwarzensteinhütte - Rifugio al Sasso Nero, located 3km east-northeast. A little further is Alpenverein Ahrntal. 0.7 km west from the summit there is glacier Hornkees, 0.8 km southeast from the summit there is also glacier Mitterbachkees - Vedretta del Rio di Mezzo. Northwest of the summit is the valley Zemmgrund.
