Nördlicher Schwarzkopf is 3079 meter high peak in the Zillertal Alps. The peak is located 1.7 km south of peak Reichenspitze. The nearest mountain hut is Plauener Hütte, located 1.7km west-southwest. A little further is bivouac Neugersdorfer Hütte. 4 km north-northeast of the peak there is lake Unterer Gerlos See. 2 km south-southeast from the summit there is glacier Hohenaukees, 3 km northwest from the summit there is also glacier Zillerkees. West-southwest of the summit is the valley Zillergründl.
