Pala Sud is 2511 meter high peak located in the Dolomites mountain range. The peak is located 1.6 km southeast of peak Monte Pelmo. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio "Alba Maria De Luca" Venezia, located 1.2km northeast. Baita Daré Dof is also relatively close. Northeast of the summit is the valley Valle di San Vito.
