Maraia Cima di Mezzo is 2600 meter high peak located in the Dolomites mountain range. The peak is located in country Italy 8 km west from the center of Giralba and 12 km east-northeast of Cortina d'Ampezzo. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Città di Carpi, located 1.2km southeast. Capanna Carducci is also relatively close. 3 km west-northwest of the peak there is lake Lago di Misurina. South-southwest of the summit is the valley Valle di San Vito.
