Col delle Saline is 1011 meter high peak located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The peak is located 6 km south from the center of Tambre and 7 km southeast from the center of Farra d'Alpago. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Sant'Osvaldo, located 1.0km southwest. A little further is Baracca Pian dei Lovi. 7 km northwest of the peak there is lake Lago di Santa Croce. North-northeast of the summit is the valley Val de Piera.
