A little further is Alpenverein Ahrntal. 0.6 km west-northwest from the saddle there is glacier Hornkees, 0.8 km southeast from the saddle there is also glacier Mitterbachkees - Vedretta del Rio di Mezzo. Northwest of the saddle is the valley Zemmgrund.
