Description:
Rötelspitz is 2735 meter high peak and is part of the Villgraten Mountains. The peak is located 4 km northwest from the center of St. Magdalena - Santa Maddalena in Casies and 6 km north-northwest from the center of St. Martin - San Martino in Casies. The nearest mountain hut is Barmer Hütte, located 7km north-northwest. Closer is Pichleralm, which is located 6km to the west. 8 km northwest from the summit there is glacier Östlicher Rieserferner - Vedretta di Ries orientale, 8 km northwest from the summit there is also glacier Hochgall Ferner - Vedretta di Collalto. The peak is located south-southeast of the valley Antholzer Tal - Valle di Anterselva.
