Description: © CLAUDIO MORTINI™◊ Fossato di Vico PG consists of two parts, one linear and flat, continuously expanding along the Flaminia state road, and the other perched on the hill. The capital, called Fossato Alto, is a typical medieval village that, in the charm of its stones, preserves wonderful buildings, such as the Old Town Hall, the Public Tower with the clock built by the Gricci brothers, several squares, ancient churches, like that of San Pietro, carved into the rock or that of San Benedetto, now a national monument.
