Description:
Körbersee is located in the Lechquellengebirge at an altitude of 1654 m and can only be reached on foot. The natural lake in the middle of the Hochtannberg plant protection area in the municipality of Schröcken is a popular excursion destination and was voted the most beautiful place in Austria in the ORF programme '9 Plätze, 9 Schätze'.
