When I decided to open a YouTube channel, I did it as therapy to make my move from the Canary Islands to Germany more bearable. Changing life brings emotions that are very very difficult to manage. There are many feelings that come out and seemed hidden. YouTube, or rather recording videos and uploading them to this platform, has helped me a lot to have and maintain an interaction that has become fundamental for me today. Going out to train without the camera feels weird to me.
