Description:
Ascent from the Zegama halt. Take a dirt track that quickly passes over the train tunnel. The track zigzags gaining height until a crossroads, take the right one, full of scrub but which in ten minutes leads to another track heading to the Intzuzaeta col. From the col, take the left path, and soon reach a crossroads at a place called Oazurtza. Right ahead is the sierra wall. Now leave the path for an unmarked trail that climbs directly through a beech wood, gaining height steeply.
