Description:
In the stunning amphitheater of the Mangart group, which imposingly overlooks the beautiful Fusine lake plain, several couloirs climb among the majestic walls of Mangart, Veunza, Strugova and Ponze. One of them is a steep 400m couloir that ascends to about 2100m within the walls of the Piccolo Mangart di Coritenza right next to the famous Cozzolino dihedral. Together with a nice group of friends, almost by chance, we climb it in excellent snow conditions. The environment you immerse yourself in is truly magnificent and solitary despite being very close to the crowded Fusine lakes plain and the Zacchi hut.
